Dairy Queen - Princeton

Dined in. I was coming off of a long road trip and the staff was super helpful helping decide what I wanted. I was feeling a kind of custom item and they helped load me down with some of the best chilli cheese fries. Super helpful, super friendly, coolstaff that really felt like they wanted to help you in any way possible.

The customer service at this dq is hands down one of if not the best experience I?ve ever had at any food establishment. Seriously good people. I would go out of the way to come here again.

The onion rings are very good. The hot dog buns are excellent, but the hot dogs themselves are a bit underwhelming. The restaurant is reasonably clean.

The tables were sticky and placed too closely together. The staff seemed disorganized and scattered. Despite this, the restaurant had a good variety of food for a Dairy Queen. The Blizzard we ordered was absolutely delicious!

My family chose to dine at this particular restaurant instead of the one on Courthouse Road (only because the Courthouse Road location was busy), and we regret that decision. We ordered two hot dogs, two medium fries, three chicken tenders, a burger, and two drinks. The coleslaw that should have come with the hot dog was missing, but that was fine with us. However, the burger my husband ordered was so overcooked that it could have been used as a hockey puck. The fries were lukewarm and the drinks tasted like carbonated water. The only decent part of the meal was my son's chicken tenders. The girl working the drive-thru had excellent manners and was very nice, but the person who brought our food out seemed unhygienic, with food residue on his lips as if he had been eating or picking at them. He had a rude expression on his face and simply said "food," as if we were interrupting his time on his phone. Overall, it was a bad experience. They need to improve.
