The Salted Cracker - Feedback

Was User at The Salted Cracker a mag?
Like the downtown location, the model here is simple. Choose from a selection of daily made from scratch soups and then supplement it (if you'd like) with one of their excellent sandwiches. I went for a delicious tomato and classic grilled cheese and I was not disappointed. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about The Salted Cracker:
Hands down one of the best non fast food places in town. They offer delivery but every time you call they are either short staffed or just say no sorry. Then don\'t offer delivery !! I understand they are becoming really popular but...their customer service needs to improve. View all feedback.

Salted Cracker is a beloved restaurant known for their delicious soup and sandwich options. Customers praise the fresh, flavorful, and fast service, as well as the welcoming staff. The daily changing menu keeps things exciting, with recommendations for the turkey bacon sandwich and carrot cake. Despite some complaints about delivery service, the overall consensus is highly positive. From their homemade soups to a variety of gluten-free and keto options, Salted Cracker continues to impress with their excellent food and friendly atmosphere. Whether you're a fan of chicken noodle soup or a classic grilled cheese, this spot is worth a visit.

My order has been wrong the last 4 times one of which was for a friend with an allergy. Food is good service isn't.
Best soup!!! And the sandwiches oh boy!! Chipotle chicken wrap… I just keep going back
I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while passing through town, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food and service were fantastic, and it's the only place I've been to that makes its own crackers in-house. I absolutely loved them!
Just paid 15 bucks for chili and the red kidney beans are not even cooked. what a joke this place has become.
Literally the BEST place for soup and a sandwich!!! I live on Vancouver Island and every time I come here I have to go and fill up!!??

Friendly staff that's always ready to greet you when you enter, amazing soups that are always fresh and available all day. It's nice that you can get the featured soups even at the end of the day. They make sure to make enough to serve their customers all day and not run out. It's nice to have a gluten free option and I eat a keto meal plan and today they could even fill that option it was awesome. The choices are fantastic. I live watching their menu board change daily. The variety is endless and they are always open to new ideas. Great job Salted Cracker
I came at 10:50am after roofing in the rain and they opened their doors open just for me. Super nice as I was freezing and the chicken noodle soup was fantastic
Best place to get soup or a sandwich or, dare I say... Both!
Salted cracker has at last 8 different soups every day whether you're vegan, vegetarian, lactose or a carnivore. All are great. Their sandwiches from grilled cheese to a loaded baked potato with sour cream and bacon are very popular. The average price for lunch is $12- $15. The food is great and the wait time is quick.
If you haven't been here before, you are missing out big time! Everything they serve is great; soups, sandos and baked goods are all a way better option than ANY FASTFOOD....plus they are locally owned. I hope they thrive.
