I always like to go to someplace different, and today I stop here. I started with a craft beer called a Fat Tug IPA. It was hoppy and came in 660 ml bottle. It reminded my of Europe and I would order it again. For supper I had the 8oz sirlon steak with carrots and garlic mashed potatoes. I ordered the steak medium and it came perfect. What User doesn't like about Hummus Bros Restaurant and Lounge:
Used to love going there, especially in the summer and sitting outside on their patio.Went for lunch a number of months ago. Stood and waited to be served. No one at the reception desk, so looked all over the restaurant for someone to assist. Not a soul to be seen except the cooks in the kitchen and the bar person. Waited longer, and finally just left in disgust. This wasn't during off hours; it was at lunch time. Ha... View all feedback.
The breakfast was good and we had a coupon for a discount from the hotel. It was typical breakfast fare.

I sat up at the bar and the only downfall would be that there were no TV's be find the bar. I would and will come back
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We were staying next door at the Prestige Hotel and wanted to celebrate one night early for Valentines Day and not have to drive anywhere. Brandi was an amazing waitress. Very friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable and a definite people person who is very good at her job. She suggested her favs off the menu and the Kung Pow Chicken Bowl was delightfully tasty. You have to try the Hummus as that's what they are famous for. I make a very yummy hummus dip and this was a close tie to being almost as good as mine! Hester Creek Gerwertz Wine was a perfect match to our dinner choices. We were sat in a cozy private booth by the manager (can't remember his name...Terry maybe?) he was warm and very welcoming as well. We will definitely visit this restaurant again when we're in Prince George! Thank you for the great 1st Valentines memory.
Not an exciting birthday dinner, that's for sure. It started out looking nice inside but things got worse as the night progressed. We had 2 tapas/appies, the risotto balls were great and the bacon artichoke dip was okay (basically cream cheese with bacon and artichoke thrown in.) Then our entrées were the deep fried burrito with fries and the lebanese kebabs. The burrito was so so, the fries were like soggy mcdonalds fries. Our chicken kebabs were under done and were sent back to be redone. They were nice and gave us a dessert though. While we were waiting though we noticed how FILTHY this restaurant was. There were drip marks all down the wall, the paint was sliding off the walls, and the ledge behind the booths were covered in loose dirt and debris. It was horrific. I would be terrified to see the kitchen. None of the food was really good. It was all just okay and then the cleanliness of this place disgusted me.
The service at this restaurant is exceptional, showing genuine appreciation for their customers. I ordered the shrimp salad and risotto balls, and both dishes were well-prepared and delicious.
