I enjoy dining out, but I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sweet and sour soup from their online menu, but received a completely different dish (smoked chicken soup) at triple the price. When I called to address the issue, they admitted that the menu on their website had been incorrect for a while, showing a lack of concern from the owners. I ended up having to pay for a meal I didn't want. Overall, the management was quite terrible.

I absolutely adore their Chinese cuisine! Even though I live on the other side of town, I always make the effort to come here whenever I can. I have never been let down by the quality of their food.

The wait times at this restaurant are ridiculously long and the food is disgustingly greasy, likely to make you sick. My recommendation is to pay the $8 delivery fee for something from downtown instead.

Only delivery and delivery. there is no Luster affair. the prices are average, the employees are helpful in ordering, but limited due to no din in. food quality is not available in comparison with other available options.

It took over an hr. to get my food ,and when i did get it ,well it was cold ,i told the delivery driver , not het fault ,i did tip her ,when i called to the rest. i told them my food was cold ,and i was not happy ,they wanted to send me another meal ? what am i going to do with two meals? cant eat all that food ,,they were busy they said .not my prob. hire more staff then i told her ,,iam done with them ,,bad service ,,to slow ,,and food is not very good , very poor customer service ,,do your self a favor ,and dont order from this place ,,if you do you will be sorry ,,they suck..
