Great room service. The staff is not trained in this department. You asked us to wear our own tray from the hall? The food was much over boiled, underwashed and strongly salted. Very bad presentation. Very recommended to use a service such as a Skip the Dishes and to order elsewhere from a more reputable restaurant. View all feedback.

Beautiful ambience, relaxed feeling with very friendly staff. The taste of pizza excellent, thin crust with good toppings and great for an individual size.
The food is fine, but the service is not existent. I didn't offer water. I ordered coffee with my meal, it came, but no one checked for me while waiting for an excessive 20 minutes in the empty restaurant for my basic breakfast. I sat 10-15 minutes without coffee, water or food. When my meal arrived, I was not asked if I needed anything, nor was I checked. Without jam or anything for my toast... I left it unleashed. The hotel is great, but let it eat too soon.
Actually, it took almost an hour to get a record of Nachos. And they didn't taste very good. ... friendly service but really... It was Nachos... nothing special, even the waitress can do them... and she finished them. Some how the kitchen was muded... with little to no one in the restaurant at the time of order.
Had their regular burger and the flavour was good. The bun however was soggy. I was expecting it to be a little crispy on the outside but not the case. Maybe it wasn?t supposed to be. The fries were very good and well spiced. The waitress didn?t really seem to want to be there. Not only when taking my order but when taking other people?s orders, had a difficult making eye contact with her customers and found it more appealing to be looking out the window onto the street. (Hence the tip wasn?t that good....sorry) oh and only came around twice. Once when serving and once when cleaning up and time to pay. Was staying in the Ramada hotel which is connected and very convenient. I have since gone to other places and would not go here again.
