Hardee’s - Prince George County

This location is gangster food, super fresh and fast. Like the old days awesome staff... Wish every location was like this one.

This is why chik fila is always packed.Half a container of green beans and what is supposed to be coleslaw looks more like a cup of mayonnaise. After spending 50$ for a 12 piece chicken meal this was a total let down. Def will not be back

I was the only guest inside there were two cars and the drive-thru and they still forgot half my food!

Honestly I have never been more disappointed at the lack of customer service. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 mins for 1 burger. I had pulled up like asked but had to back up to the window to find out if they forgot we were waiting. The girl wouldn’t come to the window until another car pulled up. I tried to call the phone number and they picked up and hung up. No hello they just picked it up and hung up. Not once but twice. So when the girl came to the window I asked for the manager it was another young lady. When I addressed my concern there was no apology she told me they had to cook it. I said for 20 mins you could have followed up or acknowledged me. No apologies the poor girl just stared at me. I felt kind of bad because the other man waiting to started screaming because another girl brought him the wrong order twice. I think these kids need more training.

Everytime I visit this location it must be the slowest restaurant in town. Always waiting. Be ready to wait.
