What User doesn't like about Ledo Pizza:
I don't usually like to complain, but there were two occasions when I found hair in my pizza. When I called to report it, they told me to bring the pizza with hair back to the restaurant. I was utterly disgusted. View all feedback.
It was ready quickly and tasted great! No complaints and everything I expect from Ledos!
Don’t even bother coming here. they don’t care about your time… it’s just sad
I ordered a Large Pizza from Leos in Prince Frederick,to be picked up at about 7:15. i live in Lusby but but love the Pizza in Prince FrederickSo the extra driving time to Prince Frederick is more than worth itExcept last night I picked it up and drove homeWhen i opened it up it still looked good , until i was putting it in plates and realized them was next to NO CHEESE I thought maybe just the edges didn't have any Visible cheeseThe pizza was so bad that nobody really ate itI called this morning to tell them about the Pizza and they said i should of brought it back last night. And they would not refund or credit my 23.29 5.00 dollar tipI was disappointed that the Pizza was not amazing like usual.
The food is always great and the staff is friendly.
My family and I love Ledos pizza. We visit the Prince Frederick Ledos at a minimum twice a week. Service the past few months has gotten really bad. Ordered pizza today with the online order. We waited 30 minutes before arriving at their store. Went inside paid and waited an additional hour just to find out our pizzas were under the counter and cold. Nothing against the staff personally. They are all great people. I’m just saying something has got to change because it clearly isn’t working
