Smitty's Restaurant - Prince Albert

We had our breakfast hot and fast with very good flavours. Our server anticipated our every need before we could ask for anything. Would def go back. Good prices as well.

When we went, the restaurant was half empty yet it still took 20 minutes to have our drink order taken. After an hour in the restaurant, we finally got our food and asked for containers to pack it up because we had to get going. In the time it took to get the containers we had already managed to eat half of our food (which consisted of cold eggs and burnt toast). Then when we went to pay we were charged for drinks we hadn't even ordered.

This continues to be a good meal. Service is quick and staff friendly and open to discussing options that are of interest to us and to deal with allergies.

Just finished a delicious mushroom burger with fries. It was today's special on for $9.99 and was well worth it.

Came here for breakfast. Were seated after about a 15 minute wait. Took another 10 to get coffee and another 20 to have our order taken. I had to ask the host of someone was going to serve us and someone came right away. They had a lot of trainees today and seemed overwhelmed but doing okay. The guy at the cash however who was also a trainee was having difficult with a customer disputing his bill which held up the line for 15 minutes with a lineup behind me growing. He seemed flustered because the customer was giving him a hard time. He should have called a manager to help him. Management also shouldn't have left him up there alone either. I get that they were short staffed but management should have recognized that there was an issue at the cash due to the very long lineup and intervened. This didn't happen. I would be suorised to see this guy here the next time we come here. He was really having a hard time with the complaining customer. Food here though was very good and coffee was not.
