Very slow service at the drive thru. very disorganized and much less food for much more cost
The employees always sound and look grouchy, bad customer service. tbh actually stopped, on the one hand on 2nd ave because of this ..
Waited 45 min in drive through and did not get what I ordered, they substituted my salads, the prices did not match ordering board out side paid 12 dollars more than expected they said it was taxes. Fries were cold and limp, gravy was cold. Not impressed.
Last night I ordered food online. Was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:45pm. Got to the restaurant and after waiting 6 minutes at the drive thru window was told it would be another 8 minutes and to park in the parking lot. There was only 1 car in the drive thru when I arrived and 5 came after me while I sat there waiting. Food was not brought out until 9:20pm.. 35 minutes late. Almost all the food was cold and soggy.
Ordered two 2piece meals. One box had about 10 fries and only 1 piece. Called to complain about it and lady said are you sure there was only 1 piece ? Lol uh ya I can count to two but obviously the kitchen staff can 't. Drive thru attendant not understanding English very well and also not easy to understand them .
