What Inseat Marketing doesn't like about Mi Pueblo Authentic Mexican:
Sloppy, inattentive waitress, doubling as manager. She made our dinner most unpleasant with her brutish and unjustifiably bad attitude. Overbearing and unprofessional. We tried to get her attention because there was hair in our food, she never gave us the chance.They put an additional 4 back in their pockets when you pay with your card, and they do not tell you of this theft. Best Mexican Food! They were super busy, but efficient and kept smiling the whole time. They had some very large parties but managed well. This is one of my favorite places! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We had a Sunday lunch at the Patio over the weekend and the place and the atmosphere was authentically mexican (as its name is) even the music. We ordered dishes packed with delicious flavour that were beyond satisfactory. That, along with the kind staff and overall ambience made for us a great experience of the restaurant. The waiter was friendly and courteous. The hostess was terrible !!! She saw us standing and yelled from across the restaurant how many. Then she said she’d seat us. After waiting for about 10 minutes she yelled again to go over where she was. We walked over and she pointed to the booth she wanted us to sit in . She didn’t walk us to our table . Then she proceeded to clean the tables next to us. She did not ask if we were thirsty or wanted an appetizer. We waited another 15 min before our waiter came . One of the worst services I’ve ever had from a hostess
