It seems Winger's is prompting their staff to request positive personal reviews, presumably to boost their restaurant ratings. They have garnered a poor reputation for long wait times and subpar food quality. However, my experience today was quite positive. Stasia was a five-star server! She was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal. When I requested extra napkins for our food, she immediately went to get them. She made sure our water glasses were always filled and was genuinely helpful.
