Twelve Tellers - Preston

Maybe we came on the wrong day, but it seemed like they were severely understaffed. We came on a Monday afternoon. Dirty plates and glasses were collected on one particular table and service was very slow. We ordered food and drinks together and the meals came out before the Pepsi and melted ice combos did. We realised later the app orders were being ignored, since my 7-year-old's gloopy ice cream soup took a while to arrive afterwards. Maybe it would be up to par with a different crew on a different day. On the plus side, Interior was interesting, and lots of seating available. May be too big for the amount of staff they had on shift though.

My wife and I waited for 18 minutes, but no one came to take our order. One waiter was constantly on the phone and ignored us, even though he kept glancing in our direction. The restaurant had a strong smell of alcohol and was dirty. In conclusion, there are far better dining options in town than this place.

The glass was dirty, I had to wait 55 minutes for low-quality drinks, and my chips were forgotten.

Prompt service from friendly staff. We only had Two pints of Amstel on a warm day they went down very well. Will definitely be returning on our next visit to Preston.

Excellent, usual best fish and chips, and a very nice 8 pizza favourite lager
