The restaurant offers a wide variety of taffetas and crawls, along with traditional dishes. It features a lovely outdoor space with music and table tennis. During my visit on Saturday morning, they played some fantastic rare grooves. A true gem in Preston! View all feedback.
Very popular reale ale/ craft bier pub. has survived covid was very busy, including dliveroo pizzas. had to wait an hour for our pizza, had to drink more beer!
Ordered the weekly pizza special You Had Me At Harissa sticky Harissa Chicken Halloumi, finished with pomegranate, rocket and saffron infused yoghurt, parmesan chicken goujons, and the Jerk wooden fired prawns. Food never disappoints with a quick delivery.
Real pubs seem hard to come by, the moorbrook is unsuspecting but genuine as you like, love the moorbrook for being just that. Sit at the bar, chat with locals and very friendly staff, tuck yourselves away in a cosy corner, or enjoy the covered outdoor area, basic but comfy outdoor seating beer barell tables etc all add to the charm. Ales are superb, cracking Guiness, there's a wood fired pizza oven, great range of pizzas, chips, onion rings, halumi fries all go down well with a pint. Not too far from town, it may not be in a picturesque location but that's probably why it's not been taken over and turned into the usual artisan gastro chain! Really good!
Amazing food, had pizza, halloumi fries, chicken strips and house brewed beer. Amazing service, amazing food arrived early and will 100% be ordering again!
