I recently traveled from Birmingham to Preston and decided to stop at a restaurant for some coffee. The coffee was good, I would rate it a 7 out of 10. However, the cheese sandwich toasties were very bad, I would give them a 3 out of 10. I was also not asked if I wanted them cut. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Visited here tonight. Only two others in the place. We were constantly pestered by flies buzzing around and trying to land on our cups. There were also flies crawling over the machines behind the counter. On checking the premises i could not see any electric...fly killer machines. There was also sugar and crumbs on some of the chairs. Staff were very plesant despite forgetting to add the chocolate powder to the cappa... View all feedback.

Visited here a few times and each time the order is wrong, despite asking for no coffee in a Frappuccino they add it in. Cakes can be stale too, think I would skip this one and go the new one at Morrison’s Preston Docks car...park, a lot better and always right!
Despite it being legal tender, and other stores taking it, unsure how it is legal refusing legal tender?
Visited here to kill sometime prior to an appointment and grab some much needed caffeine. Struggled to park as all avaiabke spaces for Starbucks where filled even thought the store was not that busy. Stacey served me at the till and was pleasant, for...the upselling attempt : Becca was the barista who was rushed off her feet along with a chap called Josh Disappointed to find a number of staff sat at a large table having some kind of meeting whilst the staff behind the counter where trying their best. Sat on some comfy chairs but was really disappointed to see how dirty the chairs where. All in all, friendly staff (those behind the counter anyway) but unclean seating area made me wonder what the cleanliness behind the counter was like. Will give this Starbucks a miss next time
Coffees and breakfast rolls at Costa Starbucks almost and the Starbucks coffees were smaller.
