When my car was waiting in a local garage. excellent customer service from floor staff. I have placed my order on the computer screen, very quickly get my food on the table. I forgot my handy found and saved by a worker until I came back. many thanks to a nerve racking experience, but overall a pleasant time. would definitely call again

I tried the Mcplant-Burger through the app I hadn't used before. two employees helped me very much without letting me feel like an old idiot. the mcplant burger is worth trying when they are vegan. it is approved by the vegan company and cooked separately to all other burgers. very impressive support. I'll buy it again. but I'll take a gluten-free mash next time!

The woman at the register was very pleasant. She made me a delicious and generously-sized bacon sandwich. I will definitely be returning for another one soon.

We had an awful discriminative experience! The manager (yasmin) ignored us after she gave us our dessert though we had called for her attention and waited by the window as our order was incorrect, other staff continued to ignore us too and so we had to sound our car horn, to which the manager looked our way twice and ignored us, a third time mouthed to us that she was busy on the till. She then eventually came to see us to which we explained our order was incorrect and she proceeded to tell us she wouldn’t do anything about it other than speak to the member of staff who took our order and would not correct the order. We attempted multiple times to ask her to correct the order, but she refuses, we think this was based on our race.

Friargate Joke offers a breakfast special for 4.90 pounds which includes sausages, an egg muffin, a hash brown, and a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the food was tasteless and overcooked. The muffin was described as tough to eat like leather, the hash brown was extremely hard and lacked flavor, and the cappuccino came with chocolate on top without asking. In comparison, Greg's offers a similar breakfast deal for 1 pound less with fresher ingredients and better service, as they even ask if you want chocolate on your cappuccino.
