After watching a TV programme on KFC I was disgusted with this place, I was under the impression the staff were professional what a joke there were 4 young boys serving we waited 30 minutes, and got completely ignored by all of them all they were interested in was talking about there girl frands and calling the next shift saying how bad they were. So many people walked out. You need to retrain these people, in the TV programme you saw managers checking on premises, you must have missed this one absolutely appalling you should be ashamed of yourself
I ordered from Uber Eats and the delivery was quick, the driver was great. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken expecting a mix of legs and other parts, but I received 3 legs and 7 thighs which were the cheapest cuts of chicken. It was nothing but greasy dark meat.
I did not receive all of my order - there are missing items and they are not answering the phone. I am very upset!! My daughter, Charley, did not receive her chips with her popcorn meal and my sweet chilli chicken bites are missing the chicken. We are still hungry and I have tried calling five times with no answer. This is absolutely terrible service. This is not the first time I have had missing items from this restaurant.
I ordered from KFC Preston through Just Eat and half of my order was missing. I called the restaurant about 12 times to ask them to send the rest, but they did not answer the phone. This place is a joke and feels like daylight theft.
Took the money not fulfilled the order, Portway. We went to the drive through at approximately 10.45pm.on Saturday 23rd September 2023. Asked for a chicken sandwich and chips, and a 3 piece boneless meal without the drink, so got gravy in it's place. On arriving home, the chicken sandwich was stone cold, chips no more than about 10 in each of the packets, 3 pieces of boneless chicken as requested, but no popcorn chicken or corn on the cob. Rang them over and over and finally got hold of someone, who said we shut at 11 so wasn't much left. We said well you shouldn't have taken the order and charged full price either. The staff and absolute disgrace and they need to have a good look at their response to our complaint. Please listen to the conversation that took place regarding it as they are recorded for training purposes. Need to upgrade the training for sure. Absolute disgrace
