What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The chips were very dry and the chicken had an odd coating that came off all at once, as if it hadn't been heated enough to stick properly. Additionally, there is a tall black man who works there during the day and he moves very slowly, appearing as though he believes the world owes him a favor. The restaurant needs to improve both their food quality and staff efficiency.
Since this location is said to be the first Kentucky Fried Chicken in the UK, it is disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The tables and floor are littered with trash, the tables are dirty, and the staff seems uninterested and unprofessional.
My partner and I visited KFC on Sunday, October 31st, 2021. Whenever we are in Preston, we always make sure to stop by KFC. I asked the girl named MONIKA at the counter which meal contained a mix of chicken, and she quickly informed me of the option. I appreciated her efficient service as I like having a variety of chicken flavors. We received our food promptly and it was fresh and hot, just the way we like it. MONIKA was friendly and calm, and I was pleased with her service. She even mentioned that I would receive a 15% discount on my next order if I left a review. I love KFC's chicken. Thank you.
Absolutely disgusted in the service at Preston drive thru tonight! After coming to get my daughter and her friends a birthday tea treat and sitting in the queue for almost half an hour waiting, when I come to the window to pay I’m told the card reader isn’t taking contactless payments properly and hasn’t been for a while as it got wet! I was hoping to use ApplePay as I didn’t have my purse on me but this wasn’t possible, I was asked to use my bank card instead which I clearly said I didn’t have despite being asked several times. I offered to ring up and make payment over the phone when I got home or return the following day with cash and was just told no! The fact that contactless was displayed and encouraged on every single sign in the drive thru and then wasn’t available is disgusting, instead of wasting half an hour sat waiting in the queue this should have been made clear on arrival! All the staff could say to me was that there’s a problem with my bank (even thought prior I’d been told the reader wasn’t working properly! Anyway McDonalds to the rescue and my ApplePay worked absolutely fine and it was also £20 cheaper!!! Not happy to say the least
Last week I try to buy a dinner from KFC near to Preston docks .one of the lady staff WITH SHORT HAIR kicked me out from the shop she said I can't get in .I think she kicked me out because I am an Indian because I saw some other customers inside the shop , then I can assure that she is a racist . First time I disappointed on KFC SUCH A SHAME
