Frankie Benny's - Preston

I used a coupon code for 33% off a food kit, so I decided to dine there. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was excellent. The staff was friendly but respectful, allowing us to enjoy our meal without interruption (though the service was not slow at all). I will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved our experience here! This was our first visit to a Frankie and Benny’s, and it definitely won't be our last. The service was excellent and incredibly fast—there was no waiting around or having to check on our orders. The food was simply amazing! My partner is quite picky about what he eats, but he had nothing but good things to say about it. I even managed to take a few photos of our meals (some partially eaten, haha). We used a Groupon voucher, which made for a smooth transaction—it didn’t disrupt our experience at all. It was worth every penny! Just a note, drinks were a bit pricey, but on the bright side, kids eat free, and my daughters loved that!

We recently dined at a restaurant located in the Capitol Center in Preston, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We brought our 3-year-old with us, who can be quite a handful, but the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I spoke with the manager, who was incredibly kind. To my surprise, she later sent a letter to my workplace along with a voucher and a thoughtful note about my son. We will definitely be returning! This was not our first visit to this restaurant, and it certainly won’t be our last, regardless of the experience.
