Domino's Pizza - Prestatyn

I just had a conversation with paul in her prestatyn zone, and his customer service is nothing short of perfect. I called when I had made a mistake on my order, and that was treated to an extremely nice wise, despite my chaos. Five stars!

I had an incredible experience with the service at Domino's Prestatyn! My son and his girlfriend ordered two large pizzas tonight with some extra toppings, but one of the toppings was missed. A wonderful delivery driver came to our house with a new pizza for them! Since teenagers often forget to leave a thank you review, I wanted to do it for them while they enjoy their delicious Domino's pizza. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they address them that truly matters, and this experience definitely deserves a 5-star rating for problem resolution. Oh, and the pizza is absolutely delicious!

I called to try this restaurant and was greeted by very friendly and pleasant staff. They followed COVID-19 restrictions remarkably well, and the place was clean. I took my food home, and it was definitely worth it. I will definitely order from here again!
