What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The older man, think he's the manager... he's excellent, but most of the new weekend crew are extremely unorganized and it takes ten full minutes to get just a plain ice coffee...there seems to be a lack of direction as to who takes care of what part of the order... I stood there for another ten minutes because I got my wake up wrap and no one knew who was supposed to make my coffee... View all feedback.
Got an iced latte and it tasted like water. And the new cups are absolutely awful. Coffee spilled all over me. What a waste of money. Definitely done buying dunkins ever again. Just not worth the cost anymore at all.Food: 1/5
Don't get me wrong I do like Dunkin Doughnuts....when they get the order correct which is very rare at least at this location anyways. There is one lady btw that makes a wonderful coffee and always makes sure it's right but I forget her name she is great !!!!Service: 2/5
