I know what Scott's talking about. There was a rude blonde, ponytailed, middle-aged waitress in there at least 7 months ago. My friend and I didn't go back for months. We went yesterday though and got a friendly brunette. Their breakfasts are good. Just a standard little cafe, though nothing fancy. The owners need to pay attention to the staff. View all feedback.
I see what Scott means. About seven months ago, my friend and I encountered a rude middle-aged waitress with blonde hair in a ponytail, and we avoided returning for a long time after that. But we decided to give it another try yesterday and were served by a friendly brunette this time. The breakfast was quite nice. It’s just a small café—nothing fancy. The owners definitely need to pay attention to their staff's behavior.
I've been a regular at Trisha's for many years and have always appreciated the excellent service and delicious food. Unfortunately, I've recently encountered some rudeness from one of the long-time servers. When we offered to cover another patron's check as a kind gesture—since they were concerned about the cost of their meal—the waitress abruptly declined and hurried off without any explanation. If there's an issue between that patron and the restaurant, it shouldn't justify being rude to someone just trying to help.
