Some of my favorit... read more I really enjoy Trader Joe's prepackaged and ready-to-eat vegan meals. They can be found at the back of the shelf in the refrigerated section. Some of my favorites include the medium firm tofu, cranberry apple quinoa salad, and tofu spring rolls. There are many other vegan options available, some of which are better than others.
