Starbucks - Prescott

I always like a really good cup of coffee and this is the place to go. They make several different coffee drinks hot and cold. A bit pricey but worth it most of the time. They sell some pastry items that always seem to be overpriced so I don't buy them. If you just want a good cup of coffee you can get it here!

Beverage tasted like burnt coffee, poor service, no friendliness, no service with a smile. I witnessed a new employee being scolded by their trainer, not coached or guided. Embarrassing for the new hire when the customer witnesses that. Not cool Starbucks. I would have given no stars to review this business.

Since the renovation and restaffing this Starbucks is better than it was. So far the coffee is consistent with other Starbucks. My only complaint is that I asked for a kids hot apple cider (steamed apple juice for my innocent child) and no other Starbucks has a problem with that, it was a diff baristas suggestion, but this person looked at me like I kicked her cat! NO-FI-STAHS-FO-U! ONLY FO!

Wonderful customer service. Love pumpkin muffins. Bought a beautiful Christmas coffee cup. Great job on remodel.

I used to go to this Starbucks two or three times a week and had awesome service and consistent coffee products. The employees even new me by name and new what was going to order. They were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Since this location was remodeled and new staff was added it has gone down hill in customer service. They would rather talk to themselves or other Fry?s staff than to get the coffee products made in a timely fashion. I?ve tried going there at least for or five times since the remodel and it has not improved. It takes a minimum 19 minutes or more to o get your drink. They work at a snails pace.
