Red Lobster - Prescott

My husband and I along with another couple went to Red Lobster in Prescott. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday. The service was marginal at best and the food was subpar. My husband and I have tried this location once about every two years andthe food is always the same, not good. We’ve tried and tried and it doesn’t get any better. We’ve been to other locationsin Phoenix and have no complaints. Not sure why this one is so bad.

My daughter and I had a late dinner at Red Lobster. The food was good and service was okay. I ordered coconut shrimp and after the server took my order I noticed an ad tent on the table had unlimited coconut shrimp or any one of several other shrimpdishes. I feel the server should have mentioned the unlimited for less than my order. The coconut shrimp comes with a sauce ina little plastic container. When she brought our carry home boxes she did not bring a lid for the sauce. Also the largest boxshe brought was too small. Finally while we were eating an employee was cleaning a booth behind me. For some reason there was alot of banging behind me. I felt each one. Overall it definitely was not the level of service I was used to receiving inVirginia.

I like coming here for the atmosphere and the Boston iced tea with cranberry juice and an orange slice-absolutely delicious. Joyce is always happy to see me and makes me feel so special. I really appreciate her! : Most of the food is very good toexcellent, but they have changed their menu and the fish sandwich is now made with flounder. The last time I had it, it waspretty tasteless. I didn't take a star away from my review, however, because there are many other items that are excellent-thenoodle bowls for example, and believe it or not-the chicken strips. Excellent chicken strips with honey mustard dipping sauce.Overall it's a nice place with nice, hard-working people.

Went on a Friday afternoon got seated right away. Ordered drinks that were cold and perfectly made. Ultimate feast and lobster and steak, again everything was perfectly cooked had appetizer stuffed mushrooms. Manager sat us she was very pleased to have us,handed us off to Debra our waitress. Highly Recommend. Will go back.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The food was great as usual, but my waitress was amazing. She was there every time I needed something, she gave extra stuff, she went to administration to get even more help, my goodness she was great! I wish I remembered her name and she was also sweet. Pic is just my remnants when I was so excited, I forgot to get the picture when I was served. I'm back!
