Worst steak h... read more My husband's 8 oz. $50 filet was mush, he couldn't even finish it. He could “cut” it with the dull side of the steak knife. It lacked flavor also. Worst steak he's ever had. My roasted chicken was very good though. Both came with cold mashed potatoes, which were replaced with hot ones. The manager offered free dessert which neither of us wanted. He did take 1/4 off the price of the steak. It's too bad because it's a beautiful old, historic building with plenty of spacious seating. We cannot recommend this place nor will we be returning.

The... read more This was our first time at Murphy's and it did not disappoint. Loved the building itself, the history, sitting in a booth was great. Our server was awesome! The food was also excellent. My wife had the scallops and wow, I had a bite! Amazing! Prime rib was also very good. If you love to really dine then you have to try Murphy's while visiting Prescott.
