Have used this KFC before, usually something is wrong with the order, missing items or wrong quantities. This time they had no Chicken breasts and wanted me to wait 8 minutes. Cars were backing up to the back parking lot after I arrived. When they served the car waiting be hind me, I went in for a refund. The clerk didn't know how to do a refund, I left. If they ever get a new owner I may try them again. View all feedback.
I've visited this KFC before, and I've often encountered issues with my orders, such as missing items or incorrect quantities. This time, they were out of chicken breasts and asked me to wait eight minutes. Meanwhile, cars were piling up in the back parking lot when I arrived. When they ended up serving the car behind me, I decided to go inside and request a refund. Unfortunately, the clerk didn't know how to process the refund, so I ended up leaving. If they ever get new ownership, I might consider giving them another shot.
I just left KFC, and it will be my last visit! I didn't receive the cole slaw with my order, and this happens every time I go there—something is always missing. The staff seems too preoccupied with playing games. I'm really disappointed.
