Jersey Mike's Subs - Prescott

I ordered a steak and cheese sub, and it was cooked to perfection—definitely the best sub I've had in months. Great job, Jersey Mike's!

The staff were very friendly, but I found it difficult to enjoy my meal due to the cleanliness of the establishment. There was food scattered on the tables and floor, and the soda machine was quite dirty. Unfortunately, I even found hair in my sandwich, which made it impossible for me to finish my meal. I had a great experience dining here a few years ago, so I'm not sure what has changed. It really seems like the restaurant needs a deep cleaning, and the staff could benefit from improved personal protective equipment and hygiene practices. Thank you.

Friendly staff but how the hell do you run out of bread?.....

First of all I want to say that I love Jersey Mike's and go often. I always get the Turkey provolone and salami. They just charge me for extra meat. Well today I was told that I can't order that anymore because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the menu. I informed the worker that they can just charge extra meat and she said again I am sorry I can't do that. We are under the new management. I looked on the menu to see if there was a sandwich with salami and I couldn't find one. So I said do you have any sandwiches with salami and she said yes. It's on our secret menu ham, salami and provolone. I told her I would like to order that sandwich and I asked if we could sub out the ham for turkey again. She said no because they are under new management and they don't have a way to ring it up on the register. My question is how do they ring up a secret item menu on the register?? I was so frustrated and shocked that they cannot add an extra meat to a sandwich, especially when I'm willing to pay for it! I probably won't be going back.
