What Joseph Ugi doesn't like about Jamba Juice:
The manager, Hannah (if she really is one), has got to have the absolute WORST at handling issues that her employees cause. Being told at the drive thru speaker to pull up to the window, usually means they?re acknowledging you. Not me. I get told to pull up, I?m behind a car. The car gets their drinks and pulls off and I?m immediately behind them. The girl walks away and I?m left waiting and waving to them for a good... View all feedback.
Got the order wrong didn't do anything to make it right. 7.43$ for something that tasted like they used bad fruit. Bad service the store has a bunch of kids that pretend to be sincere and play around at work. Just spend 3 minutes blending it yourself instead of waiting in line for a while it will taste better too. Looked at their reviews on the corporate website it's ratings on average is 2.1 three months ago it used to be a little higher.
I was so excited to hear that a jamba was coming to the area. Perfect location. They have the full menu that phoenix locations have. My favorite is the ACAI smoothie with added protein boost. You can't currently order from the app but someone says they have a drive thru
I just wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic service I received today. While it took a little while for my order to arrive, which I completely understand, both staff members went above and beyond to make the wait worthwhile. They even offered me a coupon, which was a nice touch. Overall, the service and friendliness were exceptional. Thank you once again!
I give this place 5 stars for their excellent customer service and tasty açaí bowls. However, the cold brew coffee is really disappointing. It's not my first experience with it at Jamba, and it’s consistently awful. I enjoy black coffee, but this one really misses the mark and should be removed from the menu.
I’m really happy that there’s a Jamba location here now! I love the convenient drive-thru and the great customer service. Don’t forget to use your rewards!
