Easy access location- 3184 Wiilow Creek Rd in Prescott. Clean, small dining room closed due to c19 bs. The manager, Theresa, totally on top of her game, friendly and helpful. I was having an issue with the app, she made it happen. Been a really long time since an employee went the extra mile. Food was fresh, order correct. Was around lunch time, not a terribly long wait.

I really like to eat at this place, but they seem to find a reason for everything to close their dining room most seemingly if they don't have the flow of people in and in the drive through the at the same time, and when they sit in, it takes the workers a few minutes to even notice that they are people between socializing with one another and goofing around.

I received a moldy bun with my hamburger, but didn’t open it until it was too late to get lunch. I had to go all day without food, drive all the way back to Jack in the box to only receive a refund for just the burger. The workers were very rude, did not apologize or compensate me for the major, disgusting inconvenience!!!

Not recommended. Poor management has led to staffing problems. Staff is often unresponsive or absent during posted business hours.
