The only place to get decent sushi in Prescott. We love Ginza! The staff is very accommodating and always fix our rolls up just how we like them. The raw fish is always fresh and better than any of the other sushi places around here. Ginza is our go2! Try the caterpillar roll it's one of our favorites! View all feedback.
What Salvador Cruickshank doesn't like about Ginza Sushi Asian Cuisine:
Updated review 10/26/21: Pretty dang good still. White-Out roll is incredibly good. Tonkatsu is respectable. Service was fantastic. It was fine... everything is okay. Fish is high quality, prices are reasonable. Rolls are a bit lazy, but some are tastey. Tootsie roll was ... Gross? If you want to eat cream cheese with some eel sauce, go to a grocery and buy those two things and just shove them in your face, pathetic.... View all feedback.
Ginza is the best place to enjoy decent sushi in Prescott! We absolutely love it here. The staff is very polite and always accommodates our sushi rolls just the way we like them. The raw fish is consistently fresh and surpasses any other sushi spot in the area. Ginza is our go-to place! Be sure to try the Raupenrolle—it's one of our favorites!
We stopped by this restaurant for lunch during our visit to the city and were seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink orders right away. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I ordered the Arizona roll, which was incredibly delicious, as well as the Prescott roll, which tasted fantastic. My partner had the Rainforest and Volcano rolls, both of which were excellent as well. They are open for both lunch and dinner. Our server, Laura, was very attentive. We will definitely return when we're back in the area.
This is the best Asian restaurant in Prescott. The sushi was delicious, but the galbi was truly outstanding! I highly recommend it. The excellent service also makes the experience very enjoyable.
This place is the best Japanese/Korean cuisine in prescott and prescott valley. the place is small, but busy. their rolls are fresh and tasty. everything is very good on their menu. they give them a great order of L.A. colbe meat. the service is good, but they must wait for their food to be cooked, especially on a busy day.

On the other hand, Nemo roll was quite good, pleasant mix of fish and a crab salad filling wrapped in rice. Gyoza was really good, would totally get that again. All in all? Stop by, it's okay.
