the personal is friendly and the menu is huge! there are frozen yogurt, smoothies, coffee, protein shakes, ice, Italian so and more! Ordered a white chocolate mocha and it just didn't taste good. Cinnamon roll was stale. The person who helped me wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly.

My family loves Frannie's. After the change to new ownership, Frannie's feels great, brighter and more spacious. You should checkout the seating in the back! Maybe play a boardgame or 2 from their game cabinet.
Frannies is great always a staple when we go down to the square. It looks like the place got a good coat of paint. Wonderful!
My children took me tonight for an early Mother's Day Dessert. Wonderful atmosphere and staff. I have a lot of allergies. The staff took the time to show me the ingredients of some flavors I was interested in so that I could choose a safe ice cream. Thank you for your patience and kindness... We'll be back, I know I can have some safe treats!
