Worst customer service experience I?ve ever had, we went to this place to get ice cream and it wasn?t a good choice, place smells bad like rotten milk, 2 girls behind the counter didn?t even acknowledges us and kept talking to each other for a good 4 minutes while we were standing waiting for them, we never been to this place so we asked the cashier where do we order,, her response was extremely rude and disrespectfu... Love the frozen yogurt. Tastes amazing. Tried the lavender latte, so yummy excellent customer service.
What a cool little shop across from the historic courthouse in the old downtown of Prescott. We had coffee and cinnamon roll bites. Yum. We enjoyed sitting at the sunny sidewalk tables, but there is a cozy nook in the back filled with military and vintage memorabilia that would be great on a cold or dark day. Very clean and friendly.
The best, every time I go to Prescott I make sure to go there at least once! I have so many nice memories there.
We were travelling in Prescott and came across this store at night while walking on the street. We ordered the blast berry smoothie, which tasted surprisingly good!!! Would definitely come back for other drinks!
Always incredible service, the employees are the nicest human beings ever! Emily was so so sweet and helpful! All drinks, frozen or hot, are amazing and made in decent time. I absolutely LOVE this place!!!
