Dairy Queen - Prescott

We ordered a custom ice cream cake, but it was incorrect. When we called to get it resolved, we were told the manager would contact us, but we never received a call back. We made three additional calls and heard the same response, yet still no one reached out to us. I even contacted corporate and was assured that someone would call us, but once again, no one did. It feels like they dismissed our issue, treating it as if it were insignificant. We do not recommend ordering from this place; you can find better quality at a grocery store bakery. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I visited Dairy Queen on Thursday for a chicken dinner and three shakes. Everything was good, but the toast was burnt and hard.

I decided to give this combo gas station and burger joint a shot, and I'm so glad I did! I have to say, the food is absolutely worth the wait. It tastes fantastic! While the service can be a bit slow, it’s clear that everyone there is working hard and not cutting corners. They really strive to get everything just right.

Employees work politely and eating came hot and fast parking: at the number of parking places

The ice tasted good, but service terrible. When we arrived, the two hired us both helped a young couple in front of us. They were young and they all talked and met. we waited patiently. as one of them was available to take our order, we placed them, paid, then sat down. minutes later, while we sat, waited for our order, they ended the conversation with the previous customers. then another couple entered, ordered, paid and sat down. then they were called because their order was ready. we returned to the counter, while the two were talking now and doing next-chors. we had to show our reception so that they could remember our order. they called us according to our order that was not correct. we ate it anyway. I guess they just love to serve younger customers.
