However, they overlooked my grandson's ice cream cone, which was one of the main reasons we visited. I brought it to the staff's attention, but I ended up waiting another five minutes before I had to go up and get it myself. Despite this hiccup, it's still a fantastic place for tasty, fast food.

The staff truly prioritize creating a delightful experience for their guests. My husband loves the Wisconsin and sourdough burgers, while I'm a big fan of the Atlantic cod sandwich. Although it’s a bit on the expensive side, the quality definitely justifies the cost. We’re excited that they’ve opened in our neighborhood. Kudos to the owners!

The franchise owner, Aaron, is one of the kindest and most genuine managers around, making every guest feel valued the moment they walk in. It’s impressive and rare nowadays to see a manager working just as hard as the staff to serve customers. Aaron is also deeply committed to supporting the community through fundraisers and special events. The food is always hot and delicious, and this location boasts one of the quickest service times. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, but they’ll have to do!

The friendly greeting at the drive-thru and the fresh, hot food or creamy custard never fail to lift our spirits. Their service and food quality are consistently excellent. It’s especially impressive how smoothly this relatively new location operates.
