What Kathee Hummel doesn't like about Casa Sanchez:
We have been eating here off and on for the past three years. Our last visit will actually be our last visit. Watered down salsa, poor service, and when we went to pay our bill, we witnessed the bus boy/man picking up chips with his bare hands and filling up the chip baskets. This is right after we saw him bus a table by picking up drink glasses from the inside, with his bare hands. Absolutely disgusting. View all feedback.
I have lived in Prescott for 30+ years and have eaten here MANY times and it used to be amazing. I ate here on 6-1-23 and this place was horrible. The waitress took forever to get us anything and we also asked for extra plates and got nothing. Now to the food; the food was sub par at best. I had the small chicken fajita burrito with beans (only beans) and the flavor was awful. The price on the lunch specials were outrageous too.
This casual restaurant is the best in this area of town.

The restaurant offers authentic dishes with large portions. The Fajitas for two were particularly impressive, as we received a generous amount of beef. The seasoning added a delicious touch to the dish. The fresh salsa, available in both hot and mild options, was excellent. The portions of guacamole and pico de gallo were also substantial. The chips were perfectly crispy. The drinks were strong and added to the enjoyable dining experience. Overall, the restaurant offers great value for the quality of food and service provided.
