One drawback is that the portions are very large. I usually don’t mind generous servings, like super-sized McDonald's fries, but the food here was overly abundant—four eggs in a single dish! That felt a bit excessive. I would have preferred a two-egg omelet, but I didn’t request it because I didn’t want to cause any trouble on a busy Sunday morning.
This is hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had! The chorizo combined with the green chile sauce delivers an amazing, spicy flavor that’s just fantastic. The portion is also very generous. My girlfriend ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side pancake and couldn’t stop raving about her meal either. B Simple is a cozy, locally owned spot with welcoming owners and exceptional food. You definitely need to give it a try!
