Arby's - Prescott

The older woman at the drive-thru was simply wonderful. She was full of energy and had such a vibrant personality. She even whipped up a pup cup for my dog out of the blue! She truly made the trip worthwhile.

I haven't typically been a fan of Arby's menu, but I decided to drop in today since it had been a while. I ordered the Greek gyro sandwich, and to my surprise, it was delicious! The portion was also quite generous. I'm definitely reconsidering my perception of Arby's. Seriously, give the gyro a try! And the curly fries are still fantastic.

On a brighter note, the young man working at the register provided outstanding service and treated everyone with kindness, and I think Mike could learn a great deal from him. If it weren't for Mike's behavior, I would easily give the restaurant a five-star rating based on the staff alone; however, there is definitely room for improvement in Mike’s conduct.

I went back today for another Cajun Fish Wrap, just to see if my experience from last week was a fluke. It wasn't! Today's wrap was just as delicious as the one I had last week. The wrap itself is great, and the Cajun sauce really elevates it—though I think it could pack a bit more Cajun flavor. Overall, it's still really excellent!

This Arby's is hands down the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Because of some restrictions, I've primarily used the drive-thru, and I've always been welcomed by friendly, helpful, and patient staff. My orders are consistently accurate and served hot when they should be. Thank you for your dedication to providing excellent service—other restaurants could learn a lot from your example.
