Really nice location, romantic and comfortable, very clean and friendly! The pool is a great bonus and terribly relaxing! The rooms big and quiet. The price is reasonable for what you get. I'll be back! View all feedback.

We stayed for 4 nights while biking during the day. The hotel overlooks a beautiful view of vineyards, pool to cool off after days ride, spacious, clean, and beautiful room to rest in, and delicious food such as appetizer of crepe filled with fresh porcini and chanterelle mushrooms that was divine! And served with their yummy sparkling, white, red wines all made by the owner! This was one of our highlights of a 2 week Italian vacation. Thank you Mauro!
We were served wine and antipasti upon arrival with kindness and in English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast and coffee were very good. We were grateful for our host and this place after a difficult weather day on our bikes, coming from Bled.
We have just spent 5 wonderful days in Friuli at Tinello San Urbano. Nothing was too much trouble for Mauro and his family and they made us very welcome our stay was most comfortable enjoyable. Their own vineyards surrounding the agriturismo created a wonderful relaxing tranquil setting the small swimming pool was also a delight as temperatures reached the high 20’s. Breakfast was simple, tasty and very satisfying self service of fruit, homemade torte (delicious! yoghurts, cold meats , cheese and juice, coffee/teas. We enjoyed an evening dinner, on 2 occasions, which was beautifully prepared, using local produce (the cheese soufflé was to die for! a Friulano recipe. Tinello’s Schioppettino is a wonderful dry red wine, which went perfectly with the finely sliced Friulano beef. We were free to walk amongst the beautiful vineyards which we did one morning. We also visited Cividale di Friuli, a UNESCO world heritage site, which is only 10 minutes down the road. The other days were spent visiting our Italian family in the area Sistiana beach is about a 45 minute car journey away. Mauro provided a great tip if you are renting a car before returning to the airport, it’s well worth visiting the local Slovenian petrol station only 1.5km away, as petrol is considerable cheaper over the border. We filled up again for €11 at Tamoil service station on the A4/E55 just 25 minutes away from Venice airport. A great week and we would highly recommend this peaceful location we certainly hope to visit Tinello San Urbano again. Thank you Mauro and family !
