Eating in this restaurant is the exaltation of the senses because the food is treated with love and realized with passion and skill by the chef and his staff. all watered by glasses of wine from meditation of their production, and seasoned with oil where a moment before you walked among the olive groves! You can't not go back and find serenity!

The place is very beautiful as the location. On eating we expect a lot more, good presentation, but you do not feel the emotion of having eaten well.

I was there for the first time with foreign customers who love Italy and especially wine, since for hobby they follow courses from sommeliers, so it seemed a good idea to bring them to this place I didn't know, but I had heard of them well. the restaurant is located inside a resort among the vineyards of the Apennine Romagna where everything, starting from the vines, is well maintained and really beautiful. the restaurant room has a magnificent glass window in contact with an olive grove, so it seems to eat among the olive trees and also the very bright and modern furniture I liked so much. the staff of room was very kind and prepared, because noticing that my guests were foreigners turned to them in English and immediately changed the menus that were in Italian, with my great joy, since, almost in every room, we must with patience translate several pages. and knowing the names of each ingredient is not so easy. The thing I admired the most was the very refined presentation of the dishes, really from great chef, as well as the dishes that were really excellent. also the wines were very appreciated by our guests. at the end of lunch I also had a way to talk to the chef, who then was the person who had welcomed us, since I, not knowing where to go for the presence of different structures, I had looked at a wrong door and he kindly indicated to me the entrance; I must say that I was impressed by his friendliness and passion for his work which then also conveys in his dishes. the conclusion is that we made really a great figure, for the location, for the food, wine and especially for the international treatment we received. thanks we will return with other customers.

Lovely place! traditional but revisited kitchen with garb and fantasy. all very good, cared for in particular minutes the dishes transport you in an eclectic and captivating gotative route. great service! we were really pampered! recommended!
