Steak 'n Shake - Prattville

We love Steak's Shake. I give this visit a 4-star background of personalized servers. Our server was overwhelmed with too many tables for a server. We were a party of 7... so that didn't help. An order was wrong, an order was burned. They fixed both, but all the others were eaten until they repaired their food. I had the Frisco Melt with a cup of sauce and pommes. It was very good! Milkshakes were great and made right. The staff was friendly. The bathrooms were clean. Note: It is a little confusing to actually get into the parking lot. GPS says you turn left where no left turns are allowed.

Great food for an amazing price! Their shakes are absolutely phenomenal. They also give you the option to have flavored fries, we tried the salt and vinegar. They tastes absolutely delicious. We went around lunch time so they got slightly busy but the service was pretty good for being as busy as thy were.

The entrance smells like the old McDonald's play place that they used to have,Aka FEET. But I'm sure that has nothing to do with the quality of the food. The water is watered down,They put extra ice in it to make it that way and give you less water. The quality of the food is decent. I got the Triple Steakburger. I haven't gotten it yet before I wrote this review but hopefully it's good .

Eating was really great. No complaints. The server we had was super generous and helpful. He consistently checked us and made sure we were great. Food was hot and fresh and her coffee was amazing! Definitely here will be back for breakfast.

Server was timely with drinks and our order to take, but then we waited 34 minutes for our food. There were 3 more tables in the restaurant, and the workers are basically just standing around and not in a hurry. I asked our server how much longer at 25 minutes and their answer was that I am not the cook, you want a refill what I do. Not typical of this store, but definitely not that I want to back soon.
