Despite the crowded atmosphere, I never felt neglected or rushed to place my order. The hosts/hostesses have been friendly and considerate, even apologizing for any wait time, though it didn't bother me. Brian G and Rebecca have both served me during my visits, and they were both attentive and got my orders spot on. The steak was far superior to the one at Logan's across the street, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor.

The quality of the food is extremely low, and to cut costs, they have decreased the portion sizes of everything they serve. The once delicious blooming onion is now minuscule. And yet, the prices remain the same. They couldn't even manage to cook a decent steak by mistake. I refuse to ever go back. I would rather purchase my own steak and cook it myself.
