I live in the northern part of the country and visited Alabama this week on December 17th. I tried Krystal Burger for the first time and I must say, they are quite similar to White Castle burgers in Michigan, but even better. If you get the chance, I highly recommend giving them a try. I have never been to a Krystal. First experience. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I didn’t get a receipt. Waited about 20 minutes for items they make all day every day. You need swimming gear to get your drink. The water standing on the floor is dangerous. Floors are so greasy the bottoms of my shoes need to be power washed. People had to come in to get their drive through order. No pickles. No mustard. View all feedback.
Really wish I could leave no stars. This place is truly terrible all the way around.
Drive thru was very slow at 3:35. Waited prob 10 minutes behind other cars to order. Lady at the window wasn't very friendly. Food took another 5-8 minutes after paying, sitting at the window. She gave me a drink and no straw. Food was ok but my chili cheese fries were not flat in a bag but rather turned sideways and one big clump once contained was opened. Have had better experiences but don't expect much anymore.
I would give this place no stars if I were able. We went through the drive thru. We got the 24 pk meal with 2 extra fries and 2 extra drinks. That’s make a total of 4 drinks and 4 fries. They could not get the order right so we ended up getting 3 fries. They were so burnt we couldn’t eat them. The burgers had little or no mustard and pickles were on the out side. Full of brown onions. I wanted to vomit. They would not give us any condiments they said they were to low. We spent a total of 45.84. So pissed right now. Happy Father’s Day. We were traveling we already took off before we noticed how nasty the food was.
System was down and would take half an hour to reboot at 3pm
