I had to repeat my order 3 times for the lady at the front to just get it wrong even when she repeated my order back I corrected her that she missed 1 item I requested and repeated my order again. I shouldn’t had tipped, i only notice my order was wrong when I check my bag in the car and my receipt to only find she did not put my jelly donut in…How can y’all ask for more pay raise but give this kind of customer servi... I don't know who designed the outside of this Dunkin, but they should be fired immediately. There are 5 parking spots, but you can't park in them because you can't get out of them without going through the drive thru, which the line is always out to Cobbs Ford Rd. So you basically can't go inside and this is the slowest drive thru of any Dunkin I have ever been to.
I was at the counter seen but ignored for 4 minutes. It was as if I were invisible or that my presence was an annoyance. When the cashier finally approached me, he still never said one word at all. No hello. No apologies. Nothing at all. Is this where we have landed with customer service? Lowering the bar at this Dunkin.
This has to be the worst Dunkin in the state. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order right. I preorder on the app and always sit at the window for 10-15 minutes with them asking me multiple times what I ordered. I can’t figure out how they can be so inept.
