Wide selection of cocktails, including non-alcoholic ones. The virgin colada was really good, even though it had a lot of crushed ice, almost like a granita. The flavor, however, was exquisite. The place is a bit bare, but it has an industrial style that you may or may not like.
Three of us were there on a Friday around 7:30 p.m. We got a table right away, the drinks arrived within five minutes and were delicious. We tried both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and they were all excellent! For dinner, we had three pinsa and a cheese platter to share. The cheese was great, but the star of the table was the pinsa. Crispy, juicy, and flavorful—simply perfect. We loved the atmosphere; the music was nice, and the chairs were comfortable. We paid €100 for three pinsa, the cheese platter, and a total of six drinks. We'll be back!
The atmosphere at LAB59100 is one of its strengths: the setting is refined, welcoming, and ideal for a pleasant evening with friends. Special praise goes to the staff and the owner, who were all extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. Their professionalism and the warmth with which they welcome guests make the experience even more positive. In short: LAB59100 is an excellent discovery in Prato. Excellent drinks, delicious food, and impeccable service make it a must-visit.
