Well, let's take a three-star sea goose appetizer, and two before. the stuffed ravioli were particularly good, the sea carbonara a little too abundant and did not enthusiastic. Good desserts. well the staff who recommended us a good wine.
The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail can be tasted in every dish. Many compliments to Leonardo, who was excellent in everything he did regarding the service.
My girlfriend and I had a Tuscan appetizer, and it was truly good and varied, with very fresh, local ingredients. For our first course, she had the seafood risotto, which was amazing, and I had the scallop-filled ravioli, which were good, but there were only 5 (a bit too few). For our second course, we had the roast potatoes, which were delicious, and the meat, which was fabulous (I recommend it). At the table, there was always fresh, crispy schiacciata.
