In the table next to our a commensale spit repeatedly in a napkin producing also the typical noises of the gesture. The waiters don't do anything until the 4th time I get up and I point it out to the waiters. Proposed solution: talk to the customer and let me and my wife move. He refused to say they should move them and not us. They tell me that since it was a large table (6 people) it was easier to move us. I tell him I deserve a discount. At some poin... read more Let's start with saying that I was a client affiliated with Henko, in my opinion the best all you can eat between Prato, Pistoia and also Florence. At some point I started experimenting with the new all you can eat that were opening, so I temporarily abandoned it. Back, I can say that Henko remains the best and I will explain to you also because: quality of ingredients, service, variety of dishes and just regarding hot dishes has no rivals. I never found the prawns in so many variants and all very good. I read reviews before returning because I knew they had slightly increased the price but changed the menu a bit. Change has been better! There are new dishes, you order through the phone and you can choose a lot of sauces! So who says it's worse, I want to know where you're used to eating...
