We hired Rossella's team for our Indian wedding catering. They went above beyond what we asked them to do. Even though we had Indian cuisine for the day wedding... read more We hired Rossella's team for our Indian wedding catering. They went above beyond what we asked them to do. Even though we had Indian cuisine for the day wedding lunch, Rossella and Team ensured that all the set up otherwise was in order and perfect. She even took the initiative to decorate our lunch tables in discussion with our florist according to the idea she had. We really appreciated that. The whole team is very warm and cooperative. We troubled Rossella Elisa on a couple of last minute rentals and they were VERY kind and patient to guide us through those. We were also impressed that if Rossella is busy with another wedding and unable to speak to/meet us it does not affect the work at all. She will make sure that her team updates her on even the smallest of the wedding details so that she has all the information before the final day. The team did our reception dinner and we have to say that the food, dessert, and preparation was OUT OF THIS WORLD! They understood the vegan requirements and made such yummy food that no one could barely tell that the food was vegan. The cake was delicious guests only wanted to eat the cake and forgot about the other desserts. If you want to hire a banquet company that doesn't stress you and that you can BLINDLY trust please hire Rossella's team. They are truly amazing. Big shout out to Elisa and Giacomo from her team. All of them have made our dream wedding come true!
