Very convenient hotel, right off the Prato Est exit: perfect for getting around by car and easily reaching both Prato (which is definitely worth a visit) and ne... read more Very convenient hotel, right off the Prato Est exit: perfect for getting around by car and easily reaching both Prato (which is definitely worth a visit) and nearby Florence. The staff is extremely kind and always available. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of a few small flaws: the rooms lack a coffee maker or tea kettle, the mattresses are a bit too firm, and the dishes aren't always refilled during breakfast. I had to ask for the yogurt to run out, which took about a quarter of an hour, and I didn't dare ask for the cured meats to run out—this at 9:00 in the morning. On the other hand, the price is excellent for the category and location. Overall, a good stay and a place I would recommend.
