That's by far the best booze I had. at the beginning it is not cooked in the traditional bbq grill method. it is slowly boiled sous vide at 60 degrees for I believe 12 hours. then it is fried from the pan that offers a delicious caramelized outer. the pork was firm, but tender enough to cut with a fork. the best part was the taste! excellent quality pork perfectly prepared with a tasty salad, crispy kartoffels and wobble rings. service is friendly and efficient. cordial gratitude to khun jana and her talented culinary and service team! we will definitely come back.
Great eating and wein, moderate prices, excellent service, serving for me) a bit on the small side, wonderful ambiente, went last night, each place taken one and a half times, not bad for the next season!
Food arrived at different times. Staff was very friendly but service was a bit slow (we were there at rush hour . Food was good and reasonably priced. Very clean place.
