The factory-made chicken sandwich was an emarrasment to the brand.

Very. VERY overpriced, for what it is. Disappointed.Had to take an antacid after eating there. Never going back! NEVER!!
Update: 20 minutes to get coffee through the drive through is unacceptable. Looks like it might be the time to make the switch to one of the other coffee places. They are a much faster and cheaper option anyway.Revised:Always tasty at a fairly expensive price. Prices have risen so much that it will probably be a place I only go to occasionally now. The drive through window has to be one of the slowest I have ever been to.
